Despite this, the experiences of Black and Latina moms often are excluded from the research needed to understand and treat it. The MomGenes Study is working to bridge this gap by learning how genetics and life experiences play a role in postpartum depression\u2014especially in communities that have been overlooked. Participating in this study is safe, private, easy, and <strong>open to all moms<\/strong>: complete a short online survey and, if you choose, share a small blood sample using an at-home kit.<br
